PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
- All orders are made-to-order and are processed within 2–6 business days.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
- All orders, domestic and international, are shipped via Australia Post.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)
- Standard shipping times: 2-8 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping times: 1-4 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Tracking is provided for all domestic shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USA, Europe, and Other Regions)
- Standard international shipping times: 6-27 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, or taxes in their country.
- Tracking is provided for international shipments where available.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or public holidays.
- Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact info@hustlx.co with your order number. We will assist you in contacting Australia Post but cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
