At hustlx, all products are custom-made on demand. Each item is produced specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request a refund. Refunds are processed only after the item has been returned and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For international orders (USA, Europe, and other regions), any customs duties, VAT, or taxes incurred during return shipping must be covered by the customer.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

REQUESTING A REFUND

  • Contact us at info@hustlx.co within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or faulty item.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE NOTES

  • This policy is compliant with consumer protection laws in Australia, the USA, the EU, and the UK, while respecting the made-to-order nature of our products.
  • Refunds are only available for damaged or faulty items; all other claims (change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference) are excluded.
  • Shipping times for returns may vary depending on local postal and customs procedures.
